Mebetoys Model #A-119, Fiat Ritmo

The Fiat Ritmo, Model #A-119, was based on the 1978 Fiat Ritmo front-wheel drive compact car that was designed by Bertone. It was sold as the Fiat Strada in the UK and the USA. The Fiat Ritmo was notable because it was the first automobile that was completely assembled by robots. The Mebetoys model first appeared in the 1979 Mattel Italian Dealer catalog as a Mebetoys Series Europa model..
